• Using another person's payment method.

Cv66bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Requesting self-exclusion.

Voluntary Account Closure: If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Inactive Account: If there is no account activity for 12 months, an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted.

Cv66bd's liability is limited. cv66bd will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• If your password or account credentials are accessed by a third party.
• Losses due to internet connection failure.
• Issues caused by your device or browser.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Unexpected technical errors.

In any circumstance, cv66bd's maximum liability is limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

• Your information is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
• Your information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
